World Cheese Awards 2012 in Birmingham (UK) – KALTBACH wins 3 gold medals 

As in recent years, the cheeses of KALTBACH once again impressed the jury of experts at the world cheese Awards in Birmingham (UK). This year's jury was particularly impressed by the quality of Emmi's Le Gruyère AOC range, winning a total of 4 medals, two super gold, one gold and one silver.  

Othmar Dubach, Head of Emmi's Cheese Division, said: “The awards for these international events make a great propaganda for Swiss Cheese. As the largest exporter of Le Gruyère AOC we are very pleased that we have such a high-quality product range. “

In an independent test, well-known German TV chef Christian Rach tested the taste and quality of cheeses from the fresh products section of the supermarket. The clear winner was cave-aged KALTBACH Le Gruyère AOC from Emmi.
