KALTBACH Raclette

KALTBACH Raclette makes cheese-lovers purr with delight. After fondue, raclette is the best-known, cheese-based Swiss national dish. So it was an honour and challenge at one and the same time for our cave-master to create a unique, cave-aged raclette cheese.

The extremely creamy, melt-in-your-mouth KALTBACH Raclette develops a particularly intensive aroma thanks to the cave-ageing process and its natural black rind. And the rind is perfectly edible, too.
