You should store KALTBACH cheese specialities in your fridge's crisper. Unpackaged goods bought over the cheese counter should be kept in wrapping film.

Serving

For it to develop its full flavour, this cheese should be taken from the fridge and have all packaging removed half an hour before serving. Alternatively, KALTBACH Raclette can be used straight from the fridge without being brought to room temperature first.
