New: KALTBACH Fondue with baked sweet potato or pumpkin

Slice 1kg of sweet potatoes (approx. 2 ½  cm thick). Mix 2tbsps. olive oil, ¼ tsp. nutmeg, 1¼ tsps. salt and a little pepper; add the potatoes and turn the mixture out onto a baking tray lined with greaseproof paper. Scatter 1 tbsp. thyme over the mixture.
Bake for around 25 minutes in the middle of an oven preheated to 200˚.

Serve with the cheese while still warm.

Pumpkin may be used instead of sweet potato.
